Great product for all types of countertops, floors, and as the product says, for all purposes. I love love love it! It smells beautiful and it's a great big plus to use a product that works and is safe around my son. Honeywell HCM-650 Review by Patrick Wacker (New York, NY USA)

I am disappointed by this humidifier. I replaced a previous Honeywell humidifier (HWM450 steam) with this "cold" one. It is not only much noisier (think washing machine) but also doesn't increase humidity more than a few percent. Where my previous humidifier was able to increase humidity from 30% to over 50% in less than 30 minutes, this HCM650 takes about 2 hours to raise humidity by 5% - and can't raise the level much further in the following hours. (I used both humidifiers in the same room).

I'm mystified Honeywell would label such a noisy machine "Quietcare".

I cannot recommend this product.

If you're accustomed to the heating/steaming variety, you'll find this to be incredibly loud. I don't have a decibel meter but even on the lowest "quietest" setting the fan is extremely loud. This model has what is essentially a big sponge that soaks up the water, and the fan blows over it. The fan is really loud. Did I mention how loud it is?

For the pricing one, would be hard pressed to find as good of a fan based humidifier in the same price range. I have long been a fan of the honeywell brand, and when our older model humidifier gave up the ghost, I certainly wanted to stay with Honeywell. Yes the fan makes noise...but it is a fan and that is generally what they do. I did not find it overly louder than a small desk fan on low.

Bought an Iomega 320 gb portable HD as a second back up to my iMac. Had trouble getting it to mount as soon as I put it in service, but since it comes with a double USB plug (something the WD drive I replaced it with didn't require) I thought it might have something to do with the USB connection I was using. I eventually got it to mount and it did successfully (I assume) back up 120 gb of data. It went in my safe deposit box for six months, and I just got it out to update. And now it won't mount at all. The light comes on, I can hear it spin up, but not visible. Well, tech things do break, so no big deal, this is my secondary back up, it's in warranty, I'll get a replacement.

If there is any way to get an RA from Iomega, I haven't discovered it. The website talks about them, describes them, but there's no actual link to get one. I suppose if I spent an hour on line I could talk to somebody in India about an RA, but this is a $40 drive and I'm not going to waste my time.

And neither should you, buying from a company this pathetic. If your data is important enough for you to bother to back up, do it with a decent drive. Iomega doesn't make them.

My brother got me this drive because I was going off to college. I was so grateful for it and it had a nice sleek look so I was impressed. When I started college I noticed that it was a bit slower than most of the portable hard drives I saw around and the fact that it was just covered by some thin sheet of metal worried me. It collected dust a lot and slid often while on my desk so I had to place something under it to stop it from moving since I always had it plugged in, quite annoying. Anyways... I had frequent problems with beeping which means that it wasn't being read correctly by the computer I'm assuming and over time they began to happen more and more frequently. It has almost been a year since it's purchase and it slid off of where it was while connected to my computer and it fell about a foot and hit the ground flat. I am now experiencing it's notorious "click of death" and I am extremely pissed off since I had a bunch of data that now probably is not recoverable. -______- I will look into getting it replaced by it's warranty since I registered it, hopefully.... Which I don't even want to do since I don't want anything like it again but being in college makes me poor so I have to do what I have to do to save money... I might just look into buying a more rugged one

I LOVE this mattress. We have slept on futons for 20 years but we are getting older. We bought the Haley and it was like heaven. I would recommend it without reservation for those who like firm.

Hubby and I love an extra firm mattress. For years we slept on good heavy cotton futons, then spent a few years working in the Caribbean where we had no choice over mattress as we lived in staff accommodations. I did a lot of research and settled on the Haley 150. Amazon/World of Futons gave us the best price and shipping. We are both thrilled! The mattress is relatively light in weight, but so firm and so comfortable. We don't toss and turn as much and our backs don't hurt.

Absolutely fantastic futon bed to sleep on. Firm but not "hard" its a delight and you will sleep well.

Its not really made to be a foldable futon couch (unless you are willing to tie it down at the crease) but its an excellent bed.
